We at Hathkatha understand that you would like to receive your products on time and in good condition. So, we use our network of couriers to bring you best as soon as possible.

        1. All orders are processed within 3 working days of the payment being received.

        2. We will ship out your order within a week. Once an order is dispatched, you will be notified of the order tracking ID via email.

        3. Our counter partner will deliver your products within 5-7 working days. [Note: Our courier partners try to deliver before the estimated delivery date but sometimes they might be delayed due to unforeseen  circumstances]

Hathkatha reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The firm will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
