1. We will accept refund requests only on account of damage, such as broken or cracked or large scratches that have affected the product.
2. To be eligible for a exchange/refund photographs of the damage must be shared along with 360 degree parcel opening video. On acceptance the product must be shipped back to us.
3. Replacement will be offered if the same product is available in inventory. Else refund will be initiated as store credits or back to the original method or payment after receiving the damaged product back.
4. Should we disagree on the reason for requesting a refund, the client will need to bear the cost of shipping the product back to us. We will refund the cost of the product only. No replacements will be offered for such cases.
5. Please note that because this is a handmade product there will be minor imperfections due to human involvement. We will not entertain any exchange or refunds on account of this, as there are characteristics to all handmade goods. Small spots, hairline cracks and marks will not be entertained.
